Zoning Map Amendment – Properties to “Conservation District” – became effective 2021-06-26

The Board of Granville Township Trustees held a public hearing on Wednesday, May 26, 2021. The purpose of the public hearing was to consider the recommendation from the Granville Township Zoning Commission to rezone Township owned Open Space parcels to “Conservation District”. After the meeting the Trustees went into regular session and voted to accept the recommendations of the Zoning Commission. After the 30-day referendum period, which ended on June 26, 2021, the map amendment became effective and was recorded. The map amendment was also provided to the Licking County Planning Commission.
